Mommy and Me Pilates Stretch Class will provide mommy and baby some one on one time together to discover movement while bonding. This class is designed to help mommy connect with her postpartum body while also connecting with her baby. Alli Shuttleworth will instruct this class which will begin as a series of stretches and followi with some basic core Pilates exercise. It is designed for the postpartum body and will move at a slower pace. This class is for mommy and baby (2-6 months) and if you are blessed with multiples please bring an adult partner for each baby. Please bring a yoga mat and a baby carrier if you have one. This 30-minute class will be free of charge and will be offered every Tuesday morning at 9:30 am.
